Refund policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You have exactly 24 hours/ a day to cancel your order once this time period has passed you will not be eligible for the cancellation of your order. 

After the cancellation period has passed: We will not cancel your order for reasons that do not deem fit to us. If we have purchased your product, you no longer have the right to cancel your order, and we will not be liable for the losses caused by your indecision. You will no longer be allowed to purchase from our website if MEMOO team reaches this decision. The decision reached by the team from MEMOO is final.

You agree and consent that we, the merchant, MEMOO Will be allowed to cancel your order with or without notice if our review of your information/order/Behavior indicates harmful intent/fraud towards us and agree that we ARE allowed to take action against you, via the law or through terminating our services to you. You agree that you will allow our team from MEMOO, to review your Cancellation case, and that the decision reached by the team from MEMOO is final.

 

REFUND POLICY:

WE DO NOT HAVE A FEFUND POLICY.

You can only submit your refund/return case to our WhatsApp.

You agree that you will allow our team from MEMOO, to review your refund case, and that the decision reached by team from MEMOO is final.

IF WE FIND THAT YOUR REFUND CASE DOES NOT DEEM FIT OR IS UNREASONABLE TO US. WE WILL NOT REFUND NOR WILL WE INITIATE REFUNDS TO YOU. 

We are not liable for defective products as we are not the manufacture company.

If our team from MEMOO finds you are eligible for a refund, the Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment or as credit to be used in your next order.

Please note that refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card and how soon your return has reached us.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed for return orders.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:

ONCE YOU BUY THE PRODUCT YOU WILL RECEIEVE EXACTLY WHAT IS ORDERED/WRITTEN IN YOUR CART UNLESS STATED OR CHANGED BY YOU IF WHEN WE CONTACT YOU.

You will only receive your refund once we have inspected, received and discussed the returned item.

Please allow for up to 10-45 days to allow us to receive your returned order.
